Papers of Pandro Berman (1905-1996), a leading motion picture producer associated with RKO during the 1930s and later with MGM. Also included are Ivanhoe (1952), The Long, Long Trailer (1954), National Velvet (1944), Rio Rita (1941), Somewhere I'll Find You (1942), Sweet Bird of Youth (1962), Tea and Sympathy (1956), and The Three Musketeers (1947). Seven boxes contain notes, correspondence, scripts, and negotiations for unproduced films. The remainder of the collection consists of clippings, miscellaneous personal and business correspondence, financial records, and promotional and biographical information.
